Creativity flows through every part of our being—heart, mind, body, and especially the hands. As human beings, we express our inner worlds by painting, sculpting, dancing, writing, and playing music. Our hands are extensions of this creative power, capable of both letting go and receiving, releasing the old and embracing the new.
In yoga, the hands are not only physical tools but also energetic conduits. Through mudra (sacred hand gestures), mantra (sound and intention), and asana (posture), we channel our inner power and seal our intentions. This workshop invites you to explore the deeper dimensions of your practice by working consciously with these powerful tools.
Led by Behnje Masson, this intermediate workshop will guide you through a dynamic and intentional sequence integrating mudra, mantra, and asana. You’ll deepen your awareness of how the hands support both physical alignment and energetic clarity, helping you cultivate a more profound connection to your creative and spiritual center.
Come prepared to explore, to refine your practice, and to awaken the power that is already in your hands.
