We received good feedback last couple years with the weekend retreat format for Des so we will be structuring the workshop in the Urban Retreat format again. We have limited spaces so register early! Important: The material presented in each of these sessions is cumulative and the entire weekend is crafted for every body to learn and grow, no matter your age or stage.

This fall, Desirée Rumbaugh returns for her 25th annual visit. Over the years, we have witnessed the profound transformation her teachings bring to our students. With 40 years of experience, she has leaned on her practice to move through deep personal loss and life’s inevitable changes. Yoga has been her foundation—her way of meeting each moment with resilience and grace. Even when life is turbulent, yogis know how to manage stress and live in a more peaceful way.

In this series, you will learn how to build strength from within, to move with greater ease, and to release tension from all parts of your body, including the back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and feet. These teachings are more than physical—they are an invitation to deepen your relationship with self-care, to understand your own capacity for healing, and to step into a more empowered way of being.
