December 21st  marks the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere this year.  It is the longest night of the year , and one of the darkest. Within the darkness we create a womb for the expectations and dreams of the coming year. Let's not forget when the nights are the coldest and the darkest is when the stars shine most brightly. 

This year the solstice is on  Saturday, December 21st. Please join us from 9-11am in honor of the Winter Solstice. We will set Intentions for the New Year, Practice Asana, live drumming and kirtan with Eric O'Daly, followed by Meditation.
