Calling all dedicated yoga practitioners ages 50+. Here is a special opportunity for you to practice alongside your age mates and discover just what is possible. Desiree Rumbaugh will be joined with physical therapist Karen Church to teach you yoga techniques that will enhance your practice and complement the lifestyle that you enjoy. You will gain insight into how to practice safely and in optimal alignment to prevent re-injury.

Karen will provide multi-media presentations which feature anatomy as well as considerations for injury and surgery. Digital images and online resources provide inspiration for healing and enhance visual learning. 

Join us with this group of courageous Wisdom Warriors(TM) who want to play hard and stay safe. This training is the first of many to come as this growing demographic searches for more creative ways to stay healthy and feel great. All teachers over 35 and students over 50 are welcome to come together and keep their practice going even though the aging process is beginning to offer new challenges.

The Warrior Within TT is open to all students over 50 and all teachers over the age of 35. You do not have to be a teacher to attend this TT.
There will be no practice teaching, only information.
All are welcome!

This teacher training complies with the Yoga Alliance requirements.
