Stoke the fire of Devotion! This class is inspired by our studies with Sianna Sherman. A Bhakti filled journey that embraces mantra, mudra, pranayama, music and asana. Each class will feature a deity from the yoga tradition to be introduced and focused on throughout the practice. No need to turn up the heat, your devotion generates it from the inside out! This class invites you to deepen your devotion, play your edge, and expand your knowledge.This is the Level 3 Class on Thursday evenings.
