This class is for all levels of students from beginner to advanced. The focus is on completing the first routine in this system, Tai Chi Jeung. Other areas of focus will be chi kung, standing meditation, and push hands practice. When the first and second routines are completed and memorized, you can then move on to the Tai Chi Continuing class for advanced studies.
Advanced Class consists of continuing to learn new forms upon completion of the first routine, Tai chi Palm. Additional studies in Chi Kung(breath work), push hands, and introduction to fighting applications.
