Dark/Light
The days are getting longer…. The dark is dispelling as we move into the light of spring. It is a great time to focus on growth and a renewed commitment to your practices. Spring is when the seeds begin to sprout , when expansion expresses itself in an explosion of color and beauty. Likewise all of the seeds that you have been nurturing in the winter months by going deep inside can reveal themselves fully as this new season arrives. Just another great way to contemplate Aligning with Nature!
