Meditation Workshop : Exploring Silence:The Space Between Breaths
This workshop will focus on Pranayama and Meditation with Anusara Yoga® sessions to help prepare the body to sit comfortably. We will use the breath to explore the beautiful silent space in the pauses between. This is a very easy way to go deep into meditation. The workshop will cover the basics of Ujayi , Nadi Shodana(alternate nostril) breaths. Mantra repetition as meditation will take us deep into the space of silence . No experience is required.
