The points and pathways of prana. This class will give the yoga student a deeper understanding of the way prana moves, and how to facilitate the gathering and circulation of prana in a very practical way. We will learn the locations of many points (marmas) on ourselves and on each other. These tools for healing are free, pleasant to the touch and not time-consuming! * Open and accessible to All Levels of Students.No previous experience required.

Astrology and Mythology
Saturday 2:00-4:30pm

Tools for diagnosis, treatment and self-understanding. Yogic and Hindu culture is replete with many healing stories, that directly tap into archetypes in our personal and collective unconscious. This class details what the planets represent, and how we can foster our health and well-being by becoming aware of the many cycles in our lives! * Open and accessible to All Levels of Students.No previous experience required.

$45 for an Individual section

Sonam Targee has had a successful clinic in Ayurveda and herbal medicine, for 27 years. He has taught in Yoga Centers and hospitals around the country and he currently practices and lives in Rochester, NY. He was born in Tamil Nader, South India , and has extensively studied Indian music, Indian medicine, and Indian spirituality. He has studied Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Robert, Svoboda, and Dr. Mahadevan. He holds a masters degree in Chinese Medicine, a practitioner's certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a Bachelor's degree in Ethno-musicology.
